The Boy's Modified Cross Country track will meet at the high school after school for practice and home meets. On our away meets we will leave and return to the middle school so please pick up your child/children at the middle school following those meets.

If you wish to pick your child/children up at the meet please remember to fill out the Activity Release Form for pre approval from the Athletic Director. You can download this form from this website.

Boys Modified Cross Country Head Coach: Leo Sladewski

When you think or hear Wallkill Modified Cross Country Track Team -two things come to mind….Success and Coach Leo Sladewski. Coach Sladewski has coached the boys modified track team of John G. Borden Middle School for 15 years. He gained his knowledge and expertise from coaching the Varsity Indoor Track Program for 20 years before moving onto the Modified Track and Modified Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams.

Besides, coaching, Sladewski also works to put on the Lt. Mark Dooley 5K Race of Honor each spring, is a member of the Dooley Scholarship Committee, runs local 5k races for fun and charity and is an avid Boy Scout Leader.
